I had a blast exploring the area with all the activities available. The garden and terrace were a lovely spot to relax. I even tried mountain biking, and let's just say I won't be auditioning for the X Games anytime soon.

Oh, and the free WiFi and private parking were just the icing on the cake.

The location was comfortable, right by Lake Tutira, everything was superb, I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

I really enjoyed the central heating and multi-channel television in the room. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows were great. - the staff was affable throughout my 2-night stay. - the location was beautiful, within walking distance from Pan Pac Eskdale MTB Park in the Hawke's Bay area.

Had a blast mountain biking at Pan Pac Eskdale MTB Park, just in case you're tired of relaxing in the garden or on the terrace. I even managed to avoid crashing into other guests! Such fun!

had an incredible birthday getaway in Petane. Sol Y Mar B&B exceeded all expectations with stunning views, friendly host, and spotless accommodations. Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully presented and plentiful. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night upon arrival.

Set in a peaceful location just north of Napier, this classy and cosy B&B offers stunning sea views and a tranquil atmosphere. the spacious and elegant rooms are clean, with up, to, date amenities. the continental breakfast is beautifully presented and plentiful. Guests rave about the friendly and kind host, Leigh Anne, who provides amazing service. the B&B is pet, friendly, so guests can enjoy the company of lovely dogs.

The lack of clear signage from the road might make it a bit difficult to find the B&B initially.

Beautiful farm setting, imported decor, stunning sunrise and sunset views. Friendly host, Leanne, gives cooking tips. Enjoyed the company of three playful miniature dogs. Will definitely return.
